First-year student Mayumi Takahashi attends a junior high school called Sparta Academy (スパルタ学園, Suparuta Gakuen), where the penalty for any student (usually girls) making the slightest mistake is being sexually humiliated by the perverted, corrupt and misogynistic teachers running the school, the principal being a demonic, jester-like villain named “Toenail of Satan”. However, before the teachers can take their sexual advances too far, Kekko Kamen steps in and delivers a sound beating to the teachers, and usually performs a finishing attack by jumping into the air and landing crotch-first onto her opponent’s face.

Straight into the slightly surreal S&M Nazi play with a cute schoolgirl chained up and whipped by the punk-supremacist villain of the piece!
She deftly ships away each piece of clothing
Until finally her bra is torn away to reveal a gorgeous pair of breasts! Straight away you can see we’re in for some good boob animation, with the shapely titties well adapted from Go Nagai’s manga!
Kekkou Kamen whisks away the young damsel, showing off her own boobs in the process!
But the peace is short lived, as Mayumi is string up in front of a school assembly by the evil school administrators!
As she’s spun around, she’s stripped until her panties slide down, much to the interest of shocked onlookers!
But before her most sacred place is revealed to the school body, Kekkou Kamen makes her appearance!
Here’s a good look at her “costume” such as it is. Yes, the titular character (pun intended) wears naught but a mask, boots and gloves! Well, personally I respect her wardrobe choice!
Bearing all, she impresses the crowds!
She shows no shame in combat either! Again, the animators are to be praised for the stunning body!
She uses her assets to gain an edge in battle!
The nazi lady getting a taste of her own medicine!
Seemingly unbothered by beeing topless, Mayumi is enthralled by her savior!

Another day, another Mayumi in bloomers!
After an incident she wakes up in chains!?
The school teachers strike again, stripping her once more to her cute underwear!
Kekkou Kamen quickly appears but this time is foiled..
Mayumi finds herself in the dungeon again, this time her humiliation being broadcast to a live student audience!

The second two episodes, with different animation staff but the same great nudity and silliness!
Let’s face it, we knew Mayumi would end up like this sooner or later anyway!

In the next episode, schoolgirls are terrorist, in typical Go nagai fashion, by an absurd samurai photographer, who cleanly slices away their clothing and captures it on camera!

The victims start to pile up and we enjoy lots of schoolgirl fanservice!
Of course, mayumi is soon involved, leading to a rescue attempt by Kekkou kamen!
After a bit of naked struggle, the day is saved!
Kekkou Kamen Manga
1974-1978
The manga that started it all.. published in Monthly Shounen Jump in 1974, and aimed at teenage boys, this is one of Go Nagai’s less violent and more silly manga. It feels right at home as somewhere between Harenchi Gakuen and Cutie Honey.
The nudity is obviously off the charts, with the titular character almost never wearing any clothes, and all the other girls subjected to some kind of stripping pretty much every chapter. With the quality of Go Nagai’s naked girls, I wouldn’t have it any other way (although he does to draw basically every girl with exactly the same body proportions which feels a bit odd).

As with the anime, the manga dwells a lot on its heroines being harassed by the school staff. Stripped, tied up, molested, you name it and Nagai has irreverently depicted it!

In the manga, there’s probably more of a focus on these scenes, and they go a little bit further.

Kekkou Kamen P
Kekko Kamen P (けっこう仮面P, Kekkō Kamen P) is a manga series written by Shigemitsu Harada and illustrated by Seiju Minato and published in Weekly Young Magazine from 2003 to 2004. The chapters were collected into two tankōbon volumes by Kodansha on May 6 and July 6, 2004. It is a sequel to the original series, where several years have passed since the events depicted in the first manga. Momoka Nogami discovers the legend of the original Kekko Kamen and decides to emulate her actions donning a similar costume, adding a peach motif, and so she becomes Kekko Kamen Peach. Other Kekko also appear, Kekko Kamen Lemon and Kekko Kamen Melon, and even a male version called Kekko Kamen Banana.
Live Action Movies
There’s actually a series of live action films in the pink eiga style of film. As you’d expect, they’re an excuse for low budget nudity and probably bare little faithful resemblance to Nagai’s original work.
That said, for the sake of seeing unclothed Japanese girls, it’s still piqued my interest! Sadly, it seems they’re hard to track down so I can’t provide much in the way of screenshots..
