Weekly Round-Up 7/03/20

Time to put another week behind us, sit back and look at some of the recent highs, lows and lewds in the world of anime, manga and all things weeaboo.

Sorry this post is a little bit late – I was away on a bit of a mini holiday! But it should be worth the wait because last week turned out to probably be the best of the year yet! TV anime came to the table, with a stellar entry from Reviewers and even other series chipping in for an all-round great 7-days of sexiness. Manga and light novels also gave us some wholesome content to lust over.

In terms of this blog, I have finally finished cataloging the fanservice from 2018 and almost have a year-in-review post for that ready to go! But instead of working backwards I thought I’d go right back and start investigating the vintage naughtiness from anime in the 70s! So far I’ve done Fushigi na Melmo and Majokko Meg-chan.

In other news, I see someone has started to bring back a backup of the fanservice archive website that closed down last year! That’s great news for ecchi fans – there’s some great history in those image archives!

Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu II

The second season of Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu continues our table of the beautiful, troubled otaku girl, Haruka and her budding romance with typical MC, Yuuto.

The story centers around Yuuto Ayase and his classmate Haruka Nogizaka. While Yuuto is rather ordinary, Haruka is very attractive, intelligent and rich. Due to this, she is the school’s most unattainable girl and is so idolized that her classmates give her the French nicknames “Nuit Étoile” (The Silver Star of the Night) and “Lumière du Clavier” (The Shining Princess on the Piano). One day, when Yuuto goes to the school library to return a book, he stumbles across Haruka and her darkest secret—she is a diehard fan of anime, manga and the otaku culture. Yuuto promises to keep her secret hidden and the two become close friends. Yuuto does his best to help Haruka with her secret hobby while developing his relationship with her.

This season has a lot more fanservice and spreads its focus on a whole lot of side characters to add to this, including some cute new lolis.

Okaa-san Online Fanservice Report

Tsuujou Kougeki ga Zentai Kougeki de Ni-kai Kougeki no Okaasan wa Suki Desu ka? or Okaa-san Online for short is a 2019 anime adaptation of an isekai series in which the main character’s isekai story gets co-opted by his lovely mother.

Just when Masato thought that a random survey conducted in school was over, he got involved in a secret Government scheme. As he was carried along with the flow, he ended up in a Game world! As if that wasn’t enough, shockingly, his mother was there as well! It was a little different from a typical transported to another world setting, but after some bickering,

“Mom wants go on an adventure together with Maa-kun. Can mom become Maa-kun’s companion?”

With that, Masato and Mamako began their adventure as a mother and son pair. They met Porta, a cute traveling merchant, and Wise, a regrettable philosopher. Along with their new party members, Masato and co. start on their journey.
