Time to put another week behind us, sit back and look at some of the recent highs, lows and lewds in the world of anime, manga and all things weeaboo.

Most things are either finished or wrapping up now so I’d have thought it would be a quieter week, but there was still plenty of fanservice to report on!

DanMachi S3 and OVA Announced

Danmachi got a rapid announcement of a new season and a welcome bonus of a new OVA episode! The key visual for the OVA sets the tone well..

Strike the Blood OVA

The latest Strike the Blood OVA has turned down the fanservice and focused on the story and battles, but that didn’t stop it from squeezing in a couple if nice scenes.

The usual suspects give us some nice eye-candy this week, and they seem to have coordinated before hand because there’s a clear theme to the fanservice this time around: swimsuits!

The biggest otaku event is on right now, Summer Comiket! I’ve got a fair bit to talk about when it comes to Comiket so I’ll leave that for a seperate post sometime later this week! Needless to say I wish I was there but my wallet is thanking me for staying away.

My personal highlights from across the otakuverse over the past week, including anime fanservice, events, and merchandise!

This week marks a very sad day for anime with the attack on Kyoto Animation. I am deeply saddened by the tragic events and I sincerely hope the survivors can recover.

Nevertheless, there was a good amount of fanservice this past week!

Happy Birthday to Illya, Kuro and Miyu!

Some good news to kick off with, it’s Kuro (Chloe), Illya and Miyu. These three loli icons are a package deal when it comes to birthdays. There’s no doubt that these have given lolicons around the world a lot of joy over the years.

There’s a special cafe being run in japan with limited goods to celebrate!

I think I’ll celebrate by starting work on a fanservice report on the series!

Okaasan Online episode 2 surprisingly ramped up the fanservice. First up, some great shimapan shots!

Despite being 5 volumes running I hadn’t heard about this novel until I noticed the damn fine fanservice artwork to come out of the new release! Has good quality drawings and and even some lolis!
